The next IBA General Meeting is August 19th at 10:00 a.m.

Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 10am at the NWMLS Building (see address below) except for our December meeting, which is moved to the second Thursday. 

Our meetings are scheduled as follows: 

*September 16th - Department of Licensing, Real Estate Commissioner, George Pilant. He will be discussing the new licensing law and answering any questions you may have. We will also talk about the process for getting laws/policies at DOL changed.

*October 21st - Evergreen State Mortgage, Jeffrey Lorsc, discussing “Changes In The Financing World & Their Impact On Your Transactions.”

*November 18th - "Dissecting the new MLS PSA" - Members Round Table Discussion and IBA networking opportunity.

*December 9th - NWMLS Update & Recognition. This is our annual opportunity for one-on-one discussion with Tom Hurdelbrink, NWMLS president and CEO. Following the presentation, we recognize key MLS employees for their work on behalf of all brokers.

Other tentative 2010 speakers include representatives from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Realtor’s Association, as well as presentations on statistics & developing issues in our profession.
